Our newest villa
is recently completed on a hillside site overlooking Shoal Bay.
The villa
consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and
three bedrooms. Each bedroom is air-conditioned. The living room is
decorated in Mexican hardwood furniture and cooled with ceiling
fans. The Master Bedroom is accessed from the house, the other two
bedrooms are accessed from the pool deck. The master bedroom has a
Jacuzzi bath and a shower with an open sky view.
There is a fully
equipped kitchen with breakfast counter and dining room table with
seating for eight.
The pool deck
has a beautiful view of Shoal bay and is great for open-air dining.

Rates are subject to Government accommodation tax of 10% and
service charge of 10%. |
Deposit &
Cancellation Policy
Reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking by
cash or credit card. The deposit (minus US $50.00 for
administration fee) is refundable if notice of cancellation is
received at least 30 days prior to expected arrival date. If
notice of cancellation is received within 30 days of expected
arrival date, the deposit will be applied to any cancelled or
altered night of confirmed reservation, including early
departure.
Travel insurance is always recommended!
