Our 3 bedroom (each with a veranda access), 3 bathroom villa is brand new, and is furnished in seaside colors to make your visit as comfortable and relaxing as possible.  The villa also includes a spacious Great Room and a Dinning Room.

Rates:

These rates include tax and service, are in US Dollars, and are per week. Adults only please.
 
Winter Rates: Dec. 15 to April 14 US $6,000.00    
Summer Rates: April 15 to Dec. 14 US $5,000.00    
Christmas and New Years (2 week minimum) US $7,500.00    

Rates are subject to Government accommodation tax of 10% and service charge of 10%.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking by cash or credit card. The deposit (minus US $50.00 for administration fee) is refundable if notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to expected arrival date. If notice of cancellation is received within 30 days of expected arrival date, the deposit will be applied to any cancelled or altered night of confirmed reservation, including early departure.
